お問い合わせ方法
info@nextcode.ltd 宛にメールをお送りください。件名に「NFCドッグタグ」または「PET TAG」とご記入いただくとスムーズです。ご利用の端末（iPhoneの機種）、iOSのバージョン、発生している状況を具体的にお書き添えいただけると、より早く解決できます。

サブスクリプション・課金について
サブスクリプションは Apple App Store 経由で提供しています。購読状況の確認・解約は、iPhoneの「設定」＞Apple ID＞「サブスクリプション」から行えます。返金は Apple の規定に基づきます。ご不明な場合も info@nextcode.ltd までご連絡ください。
データの削除
登録したペット情報・連絡先の削除をご希望の場合は、その旨を info@nextcode.ltd までご連絡ください。ご本人確認のうえ、速やかに対応いたします。

How to get help
Send an email to info@nextcode.ltd. Please put "NFC Dog Tag" or "PET TAG" in the subject line. Telling us your device (iPhone model), your iOS version, and exactly what happened helps us solve your issue faster.

Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are provided through the Apple App Store. You can review or cancel them on your iPhone under Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple's policy. If anything is unclear, just email info@nextcode.ltd.
Data deletion
If you would like the pet information and contacts you registered to be deleted, please email info@nextcode.ltd and we will take care of it promptly after verifying your identity.
